We are passionate confectioners with a long-standing tradition. For over 120 years, our craft has been passed down through the family from generation to generation. Since January 2022, Master Confectioner Dominik Fitz has led the business in the 5th generation, supported by his partner Melanie. The Fitz name has stood for quality and regional flavor since 1905. From a gingerbread bakery, we evolved into a creative patisserie with handcrafted gelato creations. Visit our Glass Manufactory on Vulkanland Route 66 and experience sweet joy.
