Glacier Bargello is a premium producer of artisanal gelato, known for expertly blending traditional Florentine craftsmanship with local ingredients. Founded in 2013 by Italian gelato enthusiast Laura Fontani, Bargello draws on a rich family legacy of gelato-making to offer both classic and inventive flavors. With two stores in Luxembourg and one in Brussels since 2018, each location produces fresh gelato on-site under the care of Laura Fontani - a Carpigiani Univerity alumna- and a team of dedicated Gelatieri , offering a selection of both milk-based and lactose-free options.
