We launched our gelato at the end of 2021. In 2023, my father and I completed 2 master classes at the gelato university in Bologna, Italy, and the same year we won first place in Bulgaria at the "World Gelato Masters" competition, which qualified us for the European one in 2025. The main idea and goal of our production is to produce the best gelato with Bulgarian farm milk and products and natural ingredients and to bring joy and smiles everywhere in Bulgaria.
