Rizzi Eismanufaktur - All handmade Rizzi Eismanufaktur in Hagen a. T.W. in North Rhine West Falia is a family-run business: from production to service to the finished sundae. For us, gelato is a family affair and is still made by hand, that's why ‘gelato manufacture’ is a top priority for us. Our gelato is made fresh every day in our own manufactory from carefully selected and exclusively natural ingredients. We give great importance to good ingredients and for example we only use fresh fruit for our fruits flavours. Our range is seasonal and includes over 100 flavours, but of course, we cannot offer our entire range every day. A daily originally mix of classics and seasonal as well unusual flavours is very important to us in our selection. We endeavour to source as many products as possible from our region, such as milk, eggs, cream and seasonal fruit. For this purpose we became member of a land cooperation with the local farms and are supporting their work. We offer a wide range of sorbets (vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free), as strawberry, lemon, raspberry, mango, hagen cherry, passion fruit, melon, red grape, cassis, elderflower sorbet, basil, lime, orange-ginger... Among the classic milk flavours, apart from the top usual flavours, we are proud to offer a huge selection of innovative milk flavours, as créme brûlèe, peanut chocolate crunch, salted caramel, cheesecake, mascarpone elderberry, coffee chocolate crunch, pecan, halvá sesame fleur de sel, coconut almond, coconut curry mango, sicilian almond cardamom salty pistachio, saffron, pine nuts, gorgonzola fig, olive oil and many more.
Most recognisable for: A range of exklusiv sorbets with local fruits as hagen cherry or red grape as well creative milk creations as creme brulé, mascarpone elderberry or coffee chocolate crunch.
