The first Gelato Drive-In in Germany! Rino Bernardi, gelatiere and a great motoring enthusiast, opened the first Drive-In Gelato parlour in Germany in 2009, which has become a meeting point for travellers and residents in Bavaria. Rino's other feature is the value of fresh products from his home area in the region Veneto. For this reason, he founded a farm, which produces seasonal fruits to use for his gelato (melons, peaches, pears, grapes, pomegranates, strawberries etc. ). Famous is the Isabella flavour made from Isabella grapes. But also other Veneto products are processed as flavours, e.g. the fregolí flavour, from the ancient Veneto dessert fregolotta. To promote Veneto's culinary culture and celebrate his passion for motors, Rino regularly organises events at the Eis Drive-In, such as motorshows, meeting and races of Old Timers, historic scooters, bike races, and much more.
Most recognisable for: Lilly (Isabella Grapes); Fregolí (flavour inspired from an old venetian cake)
