Back to - Semplicity of taste - is the motto of the small and exclusive Gelato parlour, that Sara Mantoni opened Hamburg in 2021. The aim was to express the bond with Italian origins and gastronomic culture, the love of good things and the constant search for quality. Minimalist, elegant furnishings and modern laboratory equipment complete the concept. Gelato in the artisan tradition, with its own production on site, with personally developed recipes and, above all, with high-quality ingredients. These include fresh milk and cream from local farms, fresh fruit, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Sicilian pistachios, organic vanilla from Madagascar and pure chocolate. Pistacchio, Bacio & Tiramisú are the bestsellers, as well as unusual ice cream flavors such as Riviera (with organic olive oil) and Cheesecake with fresh cheese from the farm.
