Caravel Patisserie: Confectionery & Ice Cream Founded in 1968 by Alexios Papadopoulos and his wife, Caravel Patisserie has been a cornerstone of sweet indulgence in Patras. In 2003, we expanded with a larger workshop equipped with new, eco-friendly ice cream machines that incorporate water recycling for freezing. Since 1993, we’ve proudly been the first in Patras to offer ice cream as a year-round delicacy. Today, we produce over 70 flavors, with categories including Sugar-Free, Vegan, Organic, and Gluten-Free options.
