Founded in 2013 by Italian gelato enthusiast Laura Fontani, Bargello draws on a rich family legacy of gelato-making to offer both classic and inventive flavors. With two stores in Luxembourg, each location produces fresh gelato on-site under the care of Laura Fontani - a Carpigiani Univerity alumna- and a team of dedicated Gelatieri , offering a selection of both milk-based and lactose-free options. Bargello is committed to sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices. The company has proudly held the 'Made in Luxembourg' label since 2016, reflecting its commitment to a zero-mile production model. Additionally, Bargello operates its "Sweetbikes" during the summer, selling gelato in Luxembourg's parks and at private events.
