Krsto Radović, the head pastry chef at Mandarina, holds a master's degree in culinary arts from the University of West London. With twenty years of professional experience, he began his career in America and then honed his skills in London. Upon returning to Belgrade, he quickly won the hearts of the locals with Mandarina, becoming an essential part of the city's sweet landscape.
