We started making homemade artisanal ice cream in 2006. Our journey began when we purchased a location from the previous owner, which included acquiring the equipment for making ice cream. This accidental beginning filled us with immense enthusiasm and "euphoria," inspiring us to embark on a path of continuous development and experimentation with new flavors. Over the years, we gradually perfected our recipes, leading to a range of traditional flavors that we now offer to our customers. Our passion for ice cream drives us forward as we constantly seek new inspirations and improvements in production.

This year, took over a new location where we began producing and selling ice cream. It’s a street ice cream stand where we create a relaxed atmosphere and invite people to try our unique flavors. At this location, we also strive to promote ice cream add-ons and variations, such as waffle ice cream and croissant ice cream, both of which have already become a huge hit. Our motivation comes from the desire to create unforgettable sweet experiences for our customers and to spread the love for ice cream in new and exciting ways.

Bambola Ice Cream Garden is a traditional seasonal garden located in the center of Ajdovščina with over 30 years of history, where we began producing and selling ice cream three years ago. In addition to classic ice cream flavors, we offer rich fruit sundaes, ice cream sundaes, and various ice cream creations with a variety of toppings. Our passion for crafting unique desserts is intertwined with our desire to preserve and enhance this longstanding tradition.
